MythBeacon is a brand operated by FlavorLinq. By requesting access and using the services provided by MythBeacon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.

2. Consent & WhatsApp Delivery

Before we send any alerts, you must provide your name, phone number, and express prior consent to receive opportunity notifications directly on WhatsApp.

You may opt out or pause notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to our WhatsApp line or contacting our administrator.

3. Sourcing and Platform Flow

Our platform does not scrape or listen to private communication channels. MythBeacon employs a dedicated research team that continuously reviews public bidding platforms, public registries, and digital channels for leads.

These leads are processed and instantly distributed to your WhatsApp as notifications. While we strive to source accurate information, we do not verify the credibility of the posters and are not responsible for the accuracy of external postings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use sourced opportunities professionally and respectfully. You agree not to spam, harass, or submit deceptive quotes to clients or leads distributed by the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

MythBeacon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will close contracts, win tenders, or secure business from notifications. FlavorLinq is not liable for negotiations, disputes, or contracts resulting from contacts made via our alerts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our notifications following changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms of Service.
